Wellness Coaching Consultation
Where the individualized plan of action that aligns with your needs, preferences, and goals begins. We’ll discuss your current health status, lifestyle, intentions, and challenges. This will allow for a comprehensive understanding of your wellness journey up to this point, and give us an idea of where we can start. From there, book appointments on your time and on your schedule so that we can address your Personalized Wellness Plan together.
Wellness Coaching
Tailored to your specific needs, wellness coaching can include any or all of the following:
Exercising with one-on-one support in the fitness lab
Working together at a local fitness facility to develop skills and confidence
Practicing skills to complete a fitness program independently
Ensuring proper exercise safety based on orthopedic and health-related needs
Progress monitoring for accountability and goal tracking with adjustments as needed
Lifestyle coaching addressing health and fitness factors such as stress management, sleep hygiene, and hydration
